I'm a newbie in the Los Angeles area looking to build capital by wholesaling and assigning property to more experienced Investors, if anyone can shed some light along the way I'd most definately be open to having a mentor whom I can refer property to and we can both make some good $$>.

I have experienced that from many of the people I have encountered with NRU as well.

So if you own 20 houses, you pay 20 times more for membership than the guy with only one house.I suspect that the way the membership fee is set up keeps the experienced landlords out.

Hey Ron - I love when some of the experienced guys who have been in the biz for 30 years jump in and share their wisdom with the rest of us!

That said, if you are not an experienced investor/negotiator, it may be more beneficial for you to use a buyer's agent.

The more I think about this the more likely this scenario seems.If this guy is experienced, and you're not, he'll have your pants down before you even know your belt has been loosened.all cash
