Professionals in Nicaragua?

Are there any experienced/reputable professionals (lawyers/realtors/brokers, etc) on this forum that live in Nicaragua?

I have a trip planned in June/08 and we are looking at various options. Likley area of investment would be Granada, possibly Blufields.
