I have not been in a workforce in the medical area for the past 6 years.

I have been learning about investing full time about 15 months while I medically recover.  

I would envision the initial deal that you originally intended to close on.Then factor in the other issues: seller's lack of ability to sell without the old liens and his need to accelerate the sale due to medical issues.You can buy now but must engineer a way to reverse risk and put back on to seller.

Hi Guys,I am currently under contract with a medical office space in Houston.

I joined BP about 18 months ago while medically recovering and I still have not made my niche selection.  

I don't really care what you make "gross" when you pay out half of that in 401K, medical benefits, alimony, child support, blah blah blah.

This property is on a street with 6 other doctors , medical imaging building , and a dentist office.

For 10k sf we have a 15 year solid offer from a publicly traded medical company.

Due to market in our area we have had a shift to medical office buildings that tired and wore out.

I know that many on these forums advise not to get too bogged down with info and that since nobody will ever know all the information available, that it is important to make your first move.I'm recently medically retired, but still actually pretty young and am looking to get involved in RE investing.
