I don't all sleep well with debt, so I'd pay down debt first.

All around Jackson, Conway and North Conway you can find some great SFR's, Townhomes, and smaller cottages that get a lot of traffic 365.You have 5 main Mountains to Ski/Snowboard/Tube plus lodges all in that area as well as a great off the beaten path town filled with coffee shops, Bars, Restaurants, Ski shops, Outlets, Mall, and a  Main train station that goes all the way up into the White Mountains. 

Hi Riyanka, I am don't have any contractors that I could recommend, however I would be able to assist with getting you set up with a lender who can provide the purchase and rehab as well as the cash-out when rehab has been completed.

I have known him for 16 yrs and he has spent his entire career in retail leasing, primarily on grocery anchored strips, like FNRP's product.  

Well besides the CAR lease what do you recommend then?
