@Yixiong Pan HOA liens can be tricky, sometimes HOA will post liens at time before foreclosure, which isn't at time of tax auction.

She can make a decent paycheck while learning all aspects of property management quickly.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's realistic that you will find a generic commercial lease online that checks all the compliance boxes for your state, city, and county.There are limited service property managers that will do retail tenant placement (rather than full property management, which it seems like would be overkill for this one commercial unit you manage), and this would be included as part of that basket of services.You could also hire a lawyer, but I think that property management company will be more cost effective. 

I filed claims on those properties after the reforms, but the insurance companies stood firm this time.

TP spends 100% of their time in the asset management of these properties (not property management).TP has recently invested personally in these deals and owns at least 5% of Property A.

Two questions:1) For those familiar with the area and demand, who has utilized a short-term rental management company in the Bremerton, Silverdale area of Kitsap County and what has your experience been like? 

I am fairly new to MTR and was curious what vacancy and lead times tend to look like around this time of year?
