Are the liens wiped out at tax sale in GA

I’m doing some research on tax sale in GA, a newbie  question if there is a municipal lien or mechanic lien or other personal liens,  will that be wiped out after foreclosure of redemption ?  I know mortgage lien will be extinguished but not sure the other types. Thanks !

municipal liens may not get extinguished but mechanics liens would or other personal liens. 

thank you ! how about HOA? i would assume it's extinguished as well given the junior lien it is

Georgia is not a super lien state where HOA can trump a first mortgage - you are correct
