There are many stories of people (smart, young, old, etc.) and companies (large and small) getting caught up in the process and paying more then they intended or should.This is where experience, research and knowing the local market can give you a real advantage.I would consider putting in a low ball starting bid just to reserve my place at the table.

It is rare that I have time lately to listen for a straight hour and usually, getting back to it would require another device and or location on often, another day, thus, finding my way back to exactly where I stopped is difficult.

Jake Kucheck I think it is a smart play depending on how you set something up and what the end game is going to be.

Every "older" person says " I wish I would have started at that age" so I think with consistent and smart hard work we will be able to achieve our desired level of success at a relatively young age.
