Anyone here on BP who is 18 - early 20's trying to figure out real estate investing/in the process of making their first investment? I'm right there with ya. What are you currently interested in investing? It would be awesome to know the younger community as well. Drop a comment!

I am 19 years old, a full time Michigan State student going into Finance. I started a Landscaping company four years ago, which really took off. With my cash reserves, I flipped a house last summer and will be looking to buy 1-2 properties in 2014 to rent out, then come 2015 really focus on expanding my rental portfolio.
