I'm looking to connect with cash buyers, and network with any and all other industry professionals.

I'm planning to purchase another 3 properties this year so am trying to gauge if biting the bullet and hiring a professional now makes the most sense of if I'm overthinking and can simply file my own returns again.

Invaluable to hear different views early on to get a better understanding of the market.I am currently considering 2 approaches, potentially in parallel with a smaller 100% STR to learn the ins and outs of the market on a more professional setting.

Moreso than an MLS listing IMHO.So I would recommend you wait until the house is ready and then hire a professional photographer to take about 20-30 great pictures.It's worth the wait, you don't want to start your STR journey on the wrong foot.....
