Training in Flip houses

Hello everyone,

My name is Marco, and I'm currently residing in Orange County. I'm in the process of studying to obtain my real estate license, but I'm eager to dive deeper into the world of real estate, in particularly interested in learning hands-on skills related to home renovation and remodeling (Fix&flip)

I believe that the best way to learn is through practical experience, so I'm hoping to find someone in the industry who would be willing to mentor me or provide on-the-job training. I'm passionate about real estate and construction, and I'm eager to soak up as much knowledge as I can.

If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to get started in this field, I would greatly appreciate it. Whether it's tips on networking, recommended resources for learning, or insights on finding a mentor, I'm open to any guidance you can offer.
