Just hang out near the drywall section, or ask a passerby if they would be interested in knocking out a quick weekend job.

I know the brrrr strategy quite well but my one hang up on it is, once you refi a couple of homes doesnt your DTI become to great to continue to refi more properties or am I missing something?
