San Francisco vs. Peninsula - which is a better investment?
Now that we're ~7 years into the recovery, we've seen a ton of appreciation here in the Bay Area. I'm curious what are people's thoughts on which makes for a better investment all things being equal: San Francisco or the Peninsula? Is one more recession proof than the other?

I think both areas are about the same, but I would go with SF. I feel like there are more trophy properties and trophy neighborhoods in SF than Peninsula. If I am going with a straight appreciation play and want to park my cash. I choose SF all day long.
