Multi family question
Hey guys! I have a 2 part question. First question is how is everyone running comps on mutli family properties for their ARV? Is it by sq footage compared to other homes around it?
Question number 2. I know the brrrr strategy quite well but my one hang up on it is, once you refi a couple of homes doesnt your DTI become to great to continue to refi more properties or am I missing something?
