We would therefore be looking to (1) purchase a SFH in a good (7+) elementary school neighborhood either ITP or very close for <300K (ideally 275K or less, needing minor repairs/cosmetic touch ups) and (2) very soon after that, purchase a second rental investment property targetting similar neighborhoods.I've narrowed neighborhoods to and around Tucker as having the best bang for the buck for SFH meeting these criteria, but would love to hear from the forum your opinions.Appreciate any you may have to share.Thanks, and be well and stay safe!
