@Ryan Boltman

If you're interested in turnkey, make sure to check out @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. They provide high quality rentals in markets that maximize cash flow and appreciation. I recently closed on a property with them and have been happy with my experience.

My property was affordable, fully renovated and had a tenant in place. Even with all this my property was in a B class neighborhood and is cash flowing a few hundred bucks a month. I had an early maintenance issue and their team was quick to jump in on it and make sure I was covered.

Make sure to check them out before purchasing anything.
