During holiday weekends many people are out of town and when they do come back, they have a huge pile of letters.

Ive tried everywhere i just cant seem to get it out there enough to get people to check it out. i am wanting to move out to grand lake area but im stuck in the city cause i own the early bird bar in sw side of town and theres alot of good patirons that stay loyal customers. i really want to get it sold where i can get out to my lake house. if any one can help me id be thinkful. up for any ideas thanks. asking $20,000

My wife and I are in the early stages of exploring an opportunity we've come across...I'm curious for opinions. 

Long story short, the worse we could do to him was damage is reputation on Facebook (it's a small town so here it's significant) and put a lien on his property.

Usually most towns depend on the base and vice versa, so I will definitely have to look into that just to ensure that there aren’t any systems in place that I would need to compete against.

I live in Colorado Springs, and we have dispensaries all over town.
