Chad from orange ca here. I am interested in exploring other insurance company options for my 4unit building in Long Beach. I currently have pacific specialty insurance as they were the only game in town that would insurance my building several years ago. Rates keep changing and have filed a couple of claims over the years only to get denied. It seems to me they are not very owner/landlord friendly when it comes times to help out. Sooo question of the day is does anyone out here in the Long Beach area have a great insurance company for multi family building? Would love to hear some feedback on this. Regards, Chad
