I am a former police officer of 18 yrs, currently in my 3rd Yr of Law School, worked as a Part-Time Realtor from August 2012 to October 2013 (my license is current but I'm not with a Broker at this time), and I am dedicated to Real Estate Investing during my last 1 1/2 of Law School and beyond as I plan to use Real Estate Investing as my main avenue of investing when practicing law.

So between the work and kids, I probably don't have a whole lot of time to dedicate to investing, but I have been listening to the podcasts and doing some other research, and it sounds like I just need to find a really good PM company :).  

I am highly motivated and dedicated to doing everything I need to do be a successful real estate investor.

He is very dedicated and knows the market extremely well.For property management  - My partner and i were looking for GOOD property management / STR Management in Vegas for a while now, and could not really find what we needed..Since we have a good network of service contractors / handymen / cleaners we are thinking about putting our own tailor made team together. 

We do this in our own property and we do own dedicated Airbnbs.

I host a site dedicated to informing home buyers of how to avoid paying hefty real estate commissions and other pitfalls associated with buying homes in MN.

Eventually, I will add a few more to portfolio, and I can scale dedicated maid service, airport pick-up and drop off.

So here we are debt free with nothing else going on but dedicating time to move forward with REI.
