New member in South Carolina

Hello everyone,

  Just thought I would take a few minutes to introduce myself and get my name out there. My name is Stephen Gresham and I am a new real estate investor in Charleston, SC. I will admit that I do not have any experience with this but I am all ears when it comes to taking advice from the pros out there. I have been doing lots of reading on real estate investing and now I am ready to continue my real estate investing education and networking with other real estate investors. I am currently trying to start my business by wholesaling and then buying some properties for passive income. I am highly motivated and dedicated to doing everything I need to do be a successful real estate investor. I am very happy to now be a part of the bigger pockets community and I look forward to learning from all of you and possibly working together in the future.
