After the 90 days either close on that contract or enter into a new contract allowing immdeiate possession.This is close to another forum post up now concerning SS restrictions for the seller.Personally, I view the banks position as being nothing less than vendictive.

I'll farm the area & write down the address of a potential lead (I'm wholesaling by the way) then I'd go to www.njactb.org & enter the address information on the NJ Tax Records Search portion of the site.This is where the information has been hit or miss.

Sell the Option for a Grand and you can enter the 1,000 as the first bid, you can start the bid at whatever price you want and have a buy it now price, say at 2K, or just let them bid on it.When the Option sells, they pay through Paypal.
