hi guys,
i have been here for almost 4 days and had been going through all the posts mentioned here. and now would like to enter officially.

originally from mumbai, but had stayed for almost 6 years in chicago. presently in mumbai, but would love to enter the real estate market.

i want to build up a portfolio for my daughter who is US citizen and try to build her future. initially i am interested in cash flow. but it all depends as time progresses.

so would like your input and all your help in my future deals.
