The long-term goal is really essential to decide what to do.That's why I love to challenge the BRRR fans about the hourly rate for the time they invest in combination with the performance of the asset when (hopefully) everything they hoped would occur and they can actually refi and get any cash-out.

Fortunately my next guest isn’t checking in until tomorrow so I am able to give them some extra time/another night, but this is the second time this situation has happened this winter so I know it is only a matter of time until this occurs when I have new guests checking in on the same day.

We thought we were helping the baby bird, giving it milk to strengthen it so the ordeal wouldn't end its life.The first few FSBO's I contacted just didn't seem to understand that I was trying to help them; I would verbally counter their objections and tell them why their way probably would not work.After successfully helping (listing and selling their property) quite a few FSBO's, it occurred to me to analyze what I was doing differently.
