And for those who already are landlords with rental property in the City of Philadelphia, I encourage you to look into HAPCO in addition to DIG; HAPCO focuses on Philadelphia rentals, and does a fantastic job of keeping up with new regulations that impact the Philadelphia landlord and lobbying to get such regulations to be made more landlord friendly.
