The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

Things really stuck for me when I got involved with a forum out of Baltimore, Maryland called ***************** started by Steve Cook who now runs lifeonaire.com; also read and lurked a lot on creonline.com site back in the day.

How about the building with amenities that tenants pay for..The lower income tenants in a class A building scream murder because they cant afford the pool and gym fees cost and feel entitled to use the facilities for free..Then, when the building says "Okay, you pay $500/month and use the facilities for free we want you to enter from the door on the side of the building...you could imagine what they once again scream and retain the best attorney."

Only do projects that are fully funded and collateralized in case they pull outOn the development side realize you will want to stay in your lane, but I would be looking at assisted living, retirement, and care facilities.
