Hello,Curious if anyone has any experience with using things like baseboard heat instead of spending $$$$ on installing $6k HVAC systems in their rental properties? 

There is currently NO heating in the house, just an AC with duct work under the flooring.

I have a heating and cooling business and I’m currently saving for a shop or warehouse to buy for the business.

The house is in high heat/humidity area near Galveston, TX.

I had older heat pumps so I replace one at a time over a 2 year period with new HE heat pumps instead of waiting for them to fail.We are constantly upgrading and making the place nicer every year.Sometimes their may be a small plumbing issue or the like and you get a call.

I live in Condo in California my neighbor decide to install a dryer by themselves without advising the landlord no proper ventilation and the result came that it's emitting A Toxic gas smell that comes to our side of the house I was in the garage and started to smell it my vision became blurry my stomach wasn't feeling well and it felt like I wanted to pass out my pregnant sister lives with me and the heat with smell passes to her room they open their garage to let out the smell so they damn well know that it's not safe can I complain to the landlord about this situation?

If a trade lean towards Heating/cooling or electrical and earn a wage without debt.

I get up, phone calls made, (emergency calls), expensive triple overtime bills sent to me from the Heating Contractor, Tenant now has heat.

I know that in the PA area central heat and air are very important .

In buildings with central heating systems we use programmable thermostats which allow a "hard" max (heating) or min (cooling) temperature to be set.
