@Dave Poles, during the six month program and since, what practical techniques and strategies did you learn from the program that you actually used in real estate investing?  

I literally have my deals sold in a matter of hours using this technique.  

Most of the real estate analysis techniques I learned before I ever purchased my first property were from Steve, and I'm still hoping we can be on the same real estate team some day!

There is absolutely no trick or technique that you could use successfully on me.  

I brought modern day marketing techniques to a century old industry.. you talk about making money.. holly man.. when it was good it was VERY good.

So it's basically a mail merge type of thing.We've fed this process with data from a CRM system, so it doesn't have to be a spreadsheet but that might be easiest for most people.The technique is cool and will generate calls.

So for all of you using this technique and having success attaining properties, by all means keep doing it!
