It may be that the landlord requires that they approve any work ahead of time, so there would be a link for them to follow to digitally approve the vendor or job ahead of time.This is one of those topics I have had bouncing around in my head for a long time - and one that could really use some effective software support.Cheers,Robert

I had to laugh because after seeing the property, last night on Boston local news they said "Malden was the worst town for commuters to Boston".  

Anywho, those are some things that come to mind and you can come up with some things to talk about that are in the news about REI in your market. 

I suppose it is good news that my first eviction went as smoothly as it possibly could have.

Bad news is that they probably only qualified you for the purchase price, definitely check with them for how they qualified you and for what type of loan. 

The good news is every turnkey opportunity is pretty easy to do due diligence on.

I don't know how people can make money from their SD IRA's unless they have a huge amount of savings and are consistently getting double-digits returns.
