I think it is an overstock, "seconds" and discontinued items store.  

If you have money to burn through then buy all these Guru courses.If you are a fledgling investor you need to keep your cash and try to gain info here with help from others to learn knowledge.You can also go to a book store and also your local library to read up on the basics for free.You just don't want to go for broke too soon paying someone for a system.

Manahawkin have some nice areas and they built it up with all the big box stores now but if I find out some good information I'll pass it along back here.

In about 1998 when I was about 34 I made my way to the world of corporate Convenience Store / Retail Gasoline management with a large regional chain here in FL.

thanks ...I am planning to do cosmetic rehab inside new flooring, cabinets, paint, gutting bathroom, new tiles sink etc ...once I invite inspector after the work is done I hope they will not make me open up fresh tiles to look if plumbing was done correctly ?

They can always choose to park in the driveway and store a couple of things in the garage instead.  

You could even go to the pro desk at your local hardware store and ask if they know a guy who does X.
