My concern is for people reading this thread who are in my market and will not understand why "grounding" would justifiably cost so much more as a line item in my market versus yours.But then again, the last person who rewired my multifamily couldn't even be bothered to use stress-relief cable clamps in one of the main junction boxes in the basement.
