So even though I've gotten out of what I consider to be my longtime victim mindset which is a huge step forward, I'm not yet who I'm trying to become if that makes sense and that takes time.I just thought it might be interesting to hear from others about how you dealt with these issues in your own careers and what practices helped you in separating emotionally and keeping separate from naysayers and people who feel you should be a specific type of person.

Quick definitions:- Mother-in-law: simply means the basement of a home has a kitchen, separate entrance, and a dividing door or something like that- Accessory Dwelling Unit: means the city has approved the ability of the owner-occupant to rent out a portion of their home.

They don't charge you a fee until you've failed the inspection a second time; so it seems like the play for efficiency is to not waste time out there and if you do get flagged you go back separately and fix the issue(s)?
