Initial Start-Up Process

Samuel Nuckles
Posted

Now that I am out of the military, I am working a full time job that doesn’t require even half of the month to be worked. That being said, I’ve wanted to invest in buying apartments to rent out as my side business.

My question is what do I need to research and do to get started with this process? I was thinking about trying to buy a 4 Plex initially and work my way up over the years until I can own full apartment complexes.

@Samuel Nuckles Brandon Turner just cowrote a couple of multifamily books. I haven't read it but he puts out good content. I think its called The Multifamily Millionaire.
