Single families for college students upstate?
Hey all! Wanted to post this in this particular forum as well.
Looking to convert single fams to student housing upstate in binghamton area or north PA.
Anyone have any experience with this? How do you analyze your markets?

Each jurisdiction has different rules on separate renters in a single-family. You need to know each area before proceeding. There are some functional workarounds in some cases, but you have to know what you need to do before you engage a property just to find out you can't do what. you want.
