Stuff I initially learned here from guys like JScott, Will Barnard, local mentors, articles, books, and many more here.At the end of the presentation, I told them what I was looking to raise.They looked at each other, smiled, and said "I don't have a problem with that".This morning, I got a phone call from the man I met in the gym 4-5 years ago, of all places, telling me that they're on board and that I can contact my attorney to set up my LLC and draft the paperwork.Needless to say this has been a life changing event.I'm writing this to show everyone, particularly (us) noobies that occurrences like these are possible.

I have found mentors by proxy and a true mastermind partner that I talk with offline quite a bit.

I have a great deal of sales and marketing experience and know I will be successful if coupled with the right mentor.

I'm lucky to have a mentor and the info I give out is legit. 

Two weeks after graduating I was in escrow on a 5,000 square foot piece of dirt a block from the beach with the intent of building three homes on it fashioned after the typology one my teachers and mentor, Brett Farrow had pioneered here in San Diego.

After a lot of study I believe that having a mentor is my best option to get started.At the moment I have found a mentor that charges 50% split on all net Cashflow until $500k is reached ($250k each).

After a long morning of selling $25,000 mentoring programs, dodging emails and phone calls from current mentees and scanning the business news for stories to add to my resume, I'm always faced with the difficult choice of which exotic cars and bikini models to use in the next marketing pamphlet.

Or doesn't the auction process clear out the junior liens/encumbrances etc?

A willing mentor would be nice as well.
