Hi everyone. I am new to BP and am very glad to have found it. I am very interested in learning more about wholesaling and looking to network with local investors that would like to meet and get acquainted. I have a great deal of sales and marketing experience and know I will be successful if coupled with the right mentor. My motive it to expand my assets and create money (as Robert from Rich Dad Poor Dad would say) and get out of the Rat Race. I am primarily interested in getting help finding and closing my first deal. I am a big believer in "learn by doing" and am hoping to connect with someone that feels the same.

@Hashmat Amin check the Resources tab at the top for contract examples. It might be in your best interest to work with an attorney to draft your own based on those examples or from other examples you find.
