Do you advertise outside of the platforms?

Last month a settlement agent talked about this new platform which allowed them to do all the signing before hand.

So, now the question - does anyone think if the platform that analyzes open markets in terms of identifying good potential investment properties would be useful for new investors who don't want to worry about handling contractors and just want to safely invest with good numbers into real estate and having all the benefits of owning it?

Once you've mastered these platforms, provide the value to the person you look up to. mentorship will unfold very naturally if you're serving and giving more than you get. 

Since all the social platforms are really pushing video it seems like the natural place to start to get ahead of competition and create attention in a market.

I hadn't realized the wealth and friendliness of this platform.

We do get some interest in events through those platforms, but I'm guessing there are other places that are more specific to events.

@Sam Goldsmith once you start talking about a platform play in a space where data gets stale quickly or is easily gamed you’re talking about products that don’t often make sense.
