If we bought rentals in GR, it would give us a good excuse to visit!

In the past, if it's your first visit, you were allowed to attend for free.   

I booked my ticket to visit in May and would love to connect with investors, agents, and property managers to find people to work with and alongside.In terms of investing, I’m looking for buy and hold & BRRRR investment opportunities.

Also, people tend to come visit Austin in generally due to all the attractions.If I could even reap $1K profit monthly I’d be very pleased.

One tip for starting out in your are  is while you are starting out and saving money for your investments, start driving / visiting areas you would like to invest in so you get a feel for prices, rents , house conditions etc, and visit and look at lots of homes and open houses so your eye get used to looking at repairs / upgrades that are normal in a particular market.

I love Fort Morgan and visit it often.  

So later this month I will be visiting Than Merrill's 3-day investing workshop in Portsmouth, Va.
