Newbie from South Florida

Hello fellow BPers! I am new to real estate investing and new to the community. I have been interested for a while and have gone to various " guru" workshops but have always been left feeling alone and confused. I am willing to partner on deals, wholesale and even bird dog to get myself going cash-wise and investment-wise. For now I have a full time job and REI would be part time but my ultimate intention is to get that switched around in the short term. I have a quick business mind, just need lots of advise and support. I think coming to the community will help me. If you are in my general area and are looking for a newbie to work with or are in some other part if the country looking to so business here, I am open for discussions.
