Hello My husband and I are new to the idea of investing. Our current goal is to start out buying and moving into a multifamily home. Ideally a triplex but a duplex would work too. We have read a few articles and books and it listen to BP podcasts so I think we are ready to make our first move. The first thing we need is a good Realtor in the Lewiston/ Auburn, Maine area. If you know any, or better yet if you are one please send me a message. We have a house in mind we want to look at but as this will hopefully be the first of many purchases over the next few years we would like to start a good relationship with a quality Realtor. :) Also any starting out advice would be welcome.
