Well I have a lady whose house was up for auction in November and she filed bankruptcy so now I sent in my authorization to release information form to her lender and she REALLY wants to get rid of the property but since its tied up in bankruptcy what should I do?

Determining value on a mobile home

I received a call today from a lady who has a mobile home that she would like to sell fast.I have never looked at mobile homes before and I really have no idea how to determine the ARV on one.Any help and pointers will be appreciated.Also is any one interested in buying mobile homes?
