Some sort of system where people provide ratings for people they have worked with. 

Usually most towns depend on the base and vice versa, so I will definitely have to look into that just to ensure that there aren’t any systems in place that I would need to compete against.

You can still find gun safes around town but a commercial safe with shelves that will hold cash and coin are harder to find since retailers and grows can't use the banking system.  

The previous owner did the kitchen on the cheap and the shelving and cabinets are droopy from water damage (not wood cabinets) - pretty much unusable as there are holes from the bottom drawers being detached or losing its shape. 

Sometimes the system works.  

I am estimating building costs around $100/sf, but wasn't sure if that should include permits, or costs to bring sewer, water, electric, etc from the main road, building a road, and that sort of stuff.

What are the utility expenses (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash)?

If you set up a system like this in Podio/Globiflow, just one deal that results from this type of contact automation more than pays for itself.

Almost everything can be done now using automated systems.
