I felt like a lot of time and gas had been wasted walking through these properties.I have another idea to prevent wasting time/money, that I think may be better but I'd like some opinions on it...Would it be a bad idea to make offers based off of photos/virtual tours, if said offer gets accepted, use my inspection period to walk through and either go through with it or back out?

I crawled under the house and took photos of the foundation in the areas that the brick had cracked.

I have attached so photos for reference any recmodations would be welcomed.

The photos on the mls show the newer fridge. 

I also plan to use part of my space as a photo studio and I may get a roommate too

I'll snap a few photos of those along with the current temp setting before releasing the property for my records. 

Some photos of the view through the louvers, the view up the area where the microwave was removed, and a pic of the kitchen with the one place I think there could possibly be a vent put in if one is missing.

Let me see if I can get a photo loaded.

Fresh paint in a light neutral color and the place being super clean & not having an Odor (maybe put in air fresheners) & taking nice bright clean photos for the rental listing is the biggest bang for your buck in my opinion.

But I will continue to tale in suggestions and try to make the most educated decision and also I plan to put up the photos to explain better.
