Buying a home with appliances

So I'm buying a house and I still haven't done my final inspection. Here's the issue. The MLS shows pictures and is also listed that the appliances stay. Refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, ext. I went to the open house and saw that they had changed the refrigerator out from a newer good quality one to an older one. The photos on the mls show the newer fridge.

My question is do they have to replace the fridge with the original one? Or can they just change the fridge out with anything as they please? I mean, the mls does show the newer fridge and also say that it’s included. But my realtor still hasn’t talked to the other agent about this and we’re coming to a close by the 28th.

I’m thinking on final walk through I have my agent bring it up. But I still don’t know the rules about it and I’ve been told it’s a gray area.
