Decided I was "rich" and sold them all by 2006 and traveled the world.

I'll say, one of them was a big pain because the management wasn't very good and I had to travel there twice and should have been 4 or 5 times but I held off because of the cost and inconvenience. 

That figure includes my family's personal residence and cars but I saved 50% on the rental policies over what I was paying with Travelers (and State Farm for one rental policy).

I fell in love with the town when we travelled here to see my wife's family. 

Im looking to possibly start off part time as the income is less than steady obviously, but i don't want to waste my time at a job that i can not leverage a skill or experience that will help me in the career path i want to travel down.

Of course I still have family,friend time, working out,travel, etc.

I enjoy travel, golf, and spending time with my family.
