Hello everyone,

I am Jason - Broker/Realtor from Fresno CA. I love this site because indeed there is a lot of crazy hype out there. Real estate investing courses/gurus/experts come and go just like the weight loss and diet programs - most are worthless.  Anyway, I have been listening to the podcasts - all of them - and it was enough to make me want to connect with some of you on a professional level so here I am.
