I am having Solar City come out next week to assess whether my primary home and 2 rentals are good candidates for solar panels.  

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Termite Plates on the piers, wired fire alarms / smoke detectors, new breaker panel, arc fault breakers for all bedrooms and common areas, ground fault breakers for all wet areas ect. 

-scion xB (2008 and up)-older volvos wagons (240/840)-(and based on the AWD vans) astro chevy conversion van... with captain chairs-and of course the old wood panel/8 seater/could fit 4x8 drywal sheets in the back/"your-granpas-chevy-chase-family-vacation-wagon"yes, i'm kind of onto wagons, but it's basically a car/truck with a roof....

Like fake paneling, it was a very trendy thing to do at one time around here.

You are right, a bright off white does wonders for paneling!

It is just a carefully planned process.Bought a 2 bed 1 bath layout in Leimert Park (average price point as of Jan 2023 is $1M), remodeled the existing 1924 craftsman bungalow plus added a 3/4 bathroom/HVAC/200amp panel.

.)- interconnected smoke detectors- bedroom windows- proper plumbing ventilation- separate controllable heat sources- access to electrical panel controlling suite for tenantetc..One thing that I do NOT like about the new bylaws is that work must be outsourced to a licensed contractor.

Panel upgrade to 200 amps, new circuits, swap out existing plugs and switches, hang lighting fixtures, and install can lighting.
