Dated house on Cape Cod - hasn't changed since 60s
I like the location near beaches and a golf course - somewhat seedier area of Hyannis, but just looked through the pictures and it's a blast from the past! The lighting, the patterned low pile carpet and the steps down to living room. Looks like the only update ever was the fridge! How fun, but too much work for me. Would do a few repairs and rent as it for $1700/month - not worth it.

It's also in a flood zone. There are better options, if you are looking for a rental.
