Hello from Boston
Hi everyone,
My name is Scott and I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets while looking for information on rehabbing distressed properties. Tons of info on this site, so glad I found it.
A little about me, I am a master electrician and a project/ ops manager for a residential solar company up here in the Boston area. I love all things "green" and renewable energy related. i would like to get to a point where I can buy distressed properties and rehab them to be as close to net zero as I can make them.
I rehabbed some with a family member a few years ago and really found it to be dirty and utterly enjoyable :). It is what inspires me and i know with my trade background I can knock it out of the park. That;s about it, looking forward to learning and meeting up with people in my area
