Just take pics if the keys are left out for you, or include a statement on the reconciliation letter that Joe Tenant turned over keys and possession on (date).

My wife will be scanning all of the receipts and will add a link to the receipt that is located in our shared Dropbox storage with each entry.

They sent me pics...it was dirty (sand and Cheerios on the floor, excessive trash piled up near the trash bin, random cups left lying around the bedroom) but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.

I sent them a pic of the Sevier Co Electric power map and explained the situation.

I have so far been scanning Zillow and Auction.com sporadically.
