Quarterly Earnings Format

I'm looking for investors/professionals that wouldn't mind sharing a template for their quarterly earnings portfolio.  I've recently taken on a commercial loan, that requires me to show very basic Income/expenses each quarter.  I'd like to make a spread sheet (or fancier) with my other multifamily properties as well.  I have about 6 multi-families but currently adding more.

I'm looking to simplify tax season at the end of the year... but as of now I'm only making a bigger headache by creating more and more spreadsheets.

Does anyone have an easy system for plugging in "Income/expense" for 5 more more multifams?

ALSO, bonus points if you can share a system for saving receipts.  Currently, I just take a picture of the receipt and plug it into the corresponding "notes" folder in my iPhone.

Thanks!
