seeking input for my excel spreadsheet for receipts and expenses

Hello all. I will likely be closing on my first property soon. It will be a buy and hold that needs a lot of work. I made an excel spreadsheet for keeping track of receipts and expenses. I would like any input or advice that you may have to make it better or anything you would do differently. My wife will be scanning all of the receipts and will add a link to the receipt that is located in our shared Dropbox storage with each entry.

Here is the link to the excel spreadsheet: (you may need to RIGHT CLICK and "save link as")

Thanks

Brian
